What you will accomplish

  • Create reusable Other Cost items in the Pre Sales Cloud Admin App
  • Control which costs are billable, active, or treated as risk buffers
  • Understand how these costs flow into the Quote Summary and Timeline Overview

Quick Tips

  • Item not appearing in the timeline scoping tool? Confirm that Is Active is checked.
  • Cost not reflected in Total Fees or Net Fees? Confirm that Is Billable? is selected.
  • Buffer or contingency amounts? Use Is Risk Cost so they appear in the Risk Cost section.
