Configure Sharing Rules for Guest User

Configure Sharing Rules

Sharing rules ensure guest users can only access documents intended for them.

To create sharing rules:

1. Navigate to Setup → Sharing Settings

1. Create sharing rules for both:

• E Signature Log/Signed Document
• E Signature Request

1. For each object:

• Click New
• Set Rule Type to "Guest User Access"
• Define criteria (e.g., token not null and status is sent) exactly shown in the screen shot below.
