DRTE Document Section Not Displaying Despite a Correct SOQL Query

Issue: Document section is not displaying despite correct SOQL query.

Solution: Verify that the object API name is listed in DRTE Allowed Objects records. Only objects in this list can be queried.

What to Check

  1. Identify the object that your document section queries in its SOQL.
  2. Confirm that this object's API name is listed in the DRTE Allowed Objects records.
  3. If it is missing, add it. Only objects in this list can be queried.

Why this happens: a SOQL query can be written correctly and still return nothing in the document if the object it queries is not listed in DRTE Allowed Objects.
