Disable IP Address Tracking

Question: We do not want to track/store signer IP Address ? Can we stop that ? 

Answer: Yes. You can stop tracking and storing external signer IP addresses. Go to your esign site, select the DRTE component for guest, in the properties uncheck the 'Show IP Address Consent' checkbox.
