How to Stop Tracking and Storing Signer IP Addresses in DRTE
Question: We do not want to track/store signer IP Address. Can we stop that?
Short answer: Yes. You can stop tracking and storing external signer IP addresses by unchecking the Show IP Address Consent checkbox in the DRTE component properties on your e-sign site. |
Steps to Disable IP Address Tracking
- Go to your e-sign site.
- Select the DRTE component for guest.
- In the component properties, uncheck the 'Show IP Address Consent' checkbox.
Uncheck 'Show IP Address Consent' in the DRTE component properties for guest.
