With the DRTE Extension managed package, you get a DRTE from flow component to use in the flow screen.

Simply drag and drop the component, and define the expected properties in the DRTE for the flow component.

How to add an action button for viewing a document ?

Step 1: set a recordId variable - available for input 

Step 2: Invoke Get Object Name By ID action method 

Step 3: Drag and Drop DRTE for Flow component on screen and fill the required properties.
