Pre-Requisites & Readiness
Before installing Feedback360, confirm your org meets the requirements below. Reviewing this checklist first helps avoid a stalled or failed installation partway through setup.
- Administrative Access: You'll need a Salesforce user with the System Administrator profile, or a custom profile granting equivalent permissions (including Modify All Data and the ability to install and configure packages). Installation cannot be completed with standard user-level access.
- Environment Selection: Decide whether to install in a Production or Sandbox environment. If you're installing Feedback360 for the first time or want to test survey configurations before rolling them out to users, we recommend starting in a Sandbox — you can install into Production once you've confirmed everything works as expected.
- License and Edition: Confirm your Salesforce edition and available user licenses support Feedback360 before installing. Check your license requirements with your Salesforce account representative or the package listing if you're unsure.
- Experience Site (Optional): If you plan to host surveys publicly — for example, for an NPS campaign — make sure your Experience Site is active and that you have access to Experience Builder. This isn't required if you're only sending surveys to internal users or known contacts.
Next step: Once you've confirmed the items above, you're ready to install the Feedback360 package. See the installation guide for step-by-step instructions.
