Installation & Initial Access

Once you've confirmed your org meets the prerequisites, follow the steps below to install Feedback360 and get your first admin access set up.

Step 1: Request the Installation Package

Email info@codeylabs.com to request the Feedback360 package installation URL. You'll receive a link to the latest version by reply — if you haven't heard back within 1–2 business days, follow up with the same address.

Step 2: Install the Package

Open the installation link and choose "Install for all users." This makes the app visible to everyone in your org, but it does not grant admin functionality on its own — actual survey creation and management access is controlled separately by the permission set in Step 4, so this setting is safe to leave at its default.

Step 3: Verify the License Is Active

Go to Setup → Installed Packages and confirm the Feedback360 package license shows a status of Active.

If the status is not Active, check that the installation fully completed (large orgs can take a few minutes), then refresh the page. If it's still not Active after that, contact info@codeylabs.com for support before continuing.

Step 4: Assign the Survey Administrator Permission Set

Assign the "Survey Administrator User" permission set to your system admins and anyone who will create or manage surveys. This permission set grants access to create, edit, distribute, and review results for surveys — users without it will not be able to use Feedback360's admin features even though the app itself is visible to everyone.

Step 5: Launch Feedback360

Click the App Launcher (the nine-dot icon in the top-left corner), search for "Feedback360," and select it to open the centralized administration hub.

If installation and permissions were set up correctly, users with the Survey Administrator permission set should see the Feedback360 dashboard with options to create and manage surveys. If the app doesn't appear in App Launcher, confirm Step 2 was completed with "Install for all users" selected.
