Using Survey Templates in Feedback360

Overview: Survey templates let you quickly create new surveys in the Feedback360 App from pre-built, customizable designs. This guide shows how to find a template and generate a survey from it.

Step 1: Access Survey Templates

In the Feedback360 App, open the Surveys tab and click the Add From Library button.

Alternatively, open the Surveys tab and filter records by record type 'SurveyTemplate' to view available templates.

Step 2: Select a Template

Choose a template that matches your survey needs.
Templates can be customized to align with your specific requirements.

Step 3: Create a New Survey From the Template

Select the survey from the list and click ADD to generate a new survey based on the selected template.

Success: A new survey is created from your chosen template and is ready to customize.
