Activating the Advance Survey Record Page

Prerequisites

• Access to the Salesforce Setup menu.
• Permissions to modify objects and Lightning pages.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Survey Object

• Go to Setup and click on the Object Manager tab.
• Locate and select the Survey object from the list.
• In the left-hand sidebar, click on Lightning Record Pages.

2. Open the Advanced Record Page

• Look for the page titled Survey_Advanced_Record_Page.
• Click on the Survey Advanced Record Page link to open it in the Lightning App Builder.

Note: The page will initially open in read-only mode.

3. Initiate Activation

• Click the Activation... button located in the top-right corner of the builder.
• The Activation: Survey Advanced Record Page dialog box will appear.

4. Set Organization Defaults

• Ensure the Org Default tab is selected.
• Click the Assign as Org Default button.

5. Select Form Factor

• Choose the devices you want this page to be available on. Options include:
  • Desktop
  • Phone
  • Desktop and Phone (Recommended)
• Click Next to review and then click Save to complete the activation.
