How to Create and Administer Mock Tests Using Feedback 360

This guide outlines the steps for generating and managing mock tests for company or internal employees using the Feedback 360 platform.

Step 1: Accessing the Surveys Tab

• Navigate to the Surveys tab in Feedback 360.
• This is where you can manage existing surveys and mock tests.

Step 2: Generating a New Mock Test

• Click the dropdown menu on the top right.
• Select Generate Assessment.
• Enter the test content in the provided text box.
• Click Generate Chapter Practice Test.

Step 3: Processing the Test Content

• Review the auto-generated response for the questionnaire.
• Click Proceed Now.
• The system will open ChatGPT, where instructions for generating a JSON response will be pasted.
• Once the JSON is generated, click Copy to copy the content.

Step 4: Finalizing Test Creation

• Return to the Feedback 360 page and paste the JSON into the text box.
• Click Proceed Now.
• Review the survey details and information sections for accuracy.

Step 5: Configuring Mock Test Settings

• Configure the following settings:
  • Time-bound
  • Duration
  • Minimum score needed
• Edit the survey introduction if necessary.
• Click Save when finished.

Step 6: Distributing the Test

• Go to Survey Invitations and click New.
• Select the user and specify if an email should be sent.
• Click Save to send the invitation.

Step 7: Accessing and Submitting the Test (for Employees)

• Employees can access the test under the My Pending Surveys tab.
• Click the survey name to begin.
• Review the introductory text and click Get Started.
• Answer the test questions and click Submit once finished.

Step 8: Reviewing Results (for Administrators)

• Return to the survey details page and check the Survey Submissions section.
• Click Survey Submission > Details View All to see a detailed breakdown of answers and scores.
