Individual Records: Navigate to any Salesforce record and trigger the DRTE component (available via LWC, Visualforce, or Flow).
Dynamic Data Populating: The system uses SOQL queries to pull real-time data into your document, ensuring accuracy.
Format Selection: Choose your output format—PDF, Google Doc, or MS Word.

Pro Tip: Mass Merge & Bulk Automation

Need to generate 500 invoices at once? Use the Native List View to select multiple records. DRTE handles the heavy lifting through background batch processing, so you don't have to wait.

t✍️ Step 2: Setting Up E-Signatures

Once your document is ready, you can initiate a secure signing workflow directly from the record.

Select Signers: Add internal and external recipients.
Define the Sequence: Use Sequential E-Signature to ensure the document hits the CEO’s desk only after the Account Manager has signed.
Choose Signing Style: Signers can choose to draw their signature or use the typed "named signing" feature.

Ensure every touchpoint looks like it came from your team, not a third-party vendor.

On-Brand Templates: Customize layouts, fonts, and logos to match your corporate identity.
Rich Text Edits: Need a quick change? Edit content in rich text fields; these edits are stored in Salesforce for future access.
Refresh Content: Use the "Refresh" button to pull the latest database values into your draft before sending.
