Agent Quotey - Setup & Integration

Once you have verified or installed QuoteX v1.75 (or higher), click the Install Now button in the header to deploy Agentforce for Presales.

After successfully installing Agentforce for Pre Sales, follow these steps to configure it for optimal performance:

• Navigate to Setup in Salesforce.
• Go to Agents and click New Agent.
• Select Employee Agent to proceed with other details as per your needs.
• Click Open in Agent Builder.
• If the agent is currently Active, deactivate it.
• Notice all custom topics installed with package in the Asset Library.
• Select and add all the topics shown in the reference image.

• Clone QuoteX SE permission set, and create a new permission set.
• Add the new agent to the new permission set under Agent Access Section. 
• Assign this permission set to the users, whom you require to have access to agentforce for presales.
• Activate the Agent.

Once configured, Agentforce will be ready to automate scoping & estimating efficiently.
