How to Install Agile Manager
Agile Manager is a Salesforce application that helps you manage your entire agile workflow directly within your CRM. Track releases, sprints, user stories, tasks, bugs, and test cases all in one place. You can also pull project scopes from QuoteX and instantly convert them into actionable user stories.
What You'll Need
Before installing Agile Manager, make sure you have:
- Salesforce administrator access
- The Agile Manager installation link from CodeyLabs
- Permission to install managed packages

📦 Installation Steps
Follow these steps to install Agile Manager in your Salesforce org:
- Click the Installation Link
Open the Agile Manager managed package installation URL provided by Codey Labs in your email or from your account contact. - Choose Installation Scope
Select Install for All Users to ensure your entire team has access to Agile Manager. - Grant Permissions
Review and check the acknowledgment box to approve the necessary permissions for Agile Manager to function properly. - Start Installation
Click the Install button and wait for the process to complete. This may take 5-10 minutes depending on your org size.
✓ After Installation
Once the installation is complete, follow these steps to activate your license:
- Navigate to Package Settings
Go to Setup > Installed Packages > Agile Manager to access the package configuration. - Activate Your License
Verify that your license status shows as Active. If it shows as pending, contact Codey Labs with your Salesforce org ID. - Configure User Permissions
Go to Setup > Users > Permission Sets and assign the Agile Manager User permission set to team members who need access. - Start Using Agile Manager
Navigate to the Agile Manager app in Salesforce and create your first Release to get started.

License not activating? Verify you're using the correct installation link for your org. Contact info@codeylabs.com if issues persist.
Can't find the Agile Manager app? Check that the permission set has been assigned to your user profile.
