Accessing the Agile Manager App
Once you have completed the installation and assigned permission sets, you're ready to open Agile Manager and start managing your agile projects. This is your workspace for releases, sprints, user stories, and tasks.
🚀 Open the Agile Manager App
Follow these quick steps to launch Agile Manager:
- Click the App Launcher
In the top left corner of Salesforce, click the App Launcher icon (the grid with 9 dots). - Search for Agile Manager
Type Agile Manager in the search bar to find the app. - Click to Launch
Click the Agile Manager app tile to open your workspace. You'll now have access to releases, sprints, stories, and tasks.

Once you open the app, you'll see your main dashboard with quick access to:
- Releases: View and manage all major product versions
- Sprints: Track current and upcoming sprint cycles
- Stories: View and work on user stories and features
- Tasks: Manage individual work items and assignments
- Issues & Tests: Log bugs and track test results

- Create your first Release to define your project goals and timeline
- Add Sprints to organize work into time-boxed cycles
- Create User Stories to capture what needs to be built
- Invite your team and start collaborating

App Launcher not showing the app? Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. You can also search for it in the Setup menu under Installed Packages.
