Creating a WM Issue

A WM Issue allows you to log, track, and manage blockers, bugs, or unexpected challenges that arise during your projects, sprints, or user stories within Agile Manager.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Issues: Open the Agile Manager app from the Salesforce App Launcher and locate the WM Issues tab (or access it directly from the related list of a parent record like a story or project).
2. Create a New Record: Click the New button in the top-right corner to open the issue creation form.
3. Fill Out Issue Details: Complete the required information—such as the issue summary, description, severity, status, and related associations—using your organization's layout as a guide.
4. Save: Click Save to log the issue and begin tracking its resolution.
