How do I pull pre-built scope items from the library versus adding them manually or from a spreadsheet?

Under the Scope Size Effort tab, you can click 'Add From Scope Library' to select pre-configured scope groups, use 'Add From Spreadsheet' to copy-paste scope rows directly from Excel, or add new scope items manually like a spreadsheet row.
