You can add percentage-based fee line items in QuoteX using either a manual workaround or an automated approach:

Manual Method (Standard QuoteX)

1. Set up an Other Cost master record.
2. Add the Other Cost item to your timeline.
3. Calculate the percentage manually and enter the calculated amount directly into the Total Fees field for that line item.

Automated Method (Recommended)

1. Custom Logic: Build custom business logic to calculate the percentage and inject the line item automatically into the quote.
2. QuoteX Add-on: Purchase the QuoteX Percent of Total Add-on to calculate and append percentage-based fees automatically without manual entry.
