Make the DRTE Editor Editable on the Record Page

Make the DRTE editor editable directly on the record page by unchecking/removing the checkbox from the "Read Only" property. This will allow on-the-fly editing before creating a signature request.

In short: clear the Read Only checkbox on the DRTE editor component, and users can edit the document directly on the record page before a signature request is created.

How to Enable Editing

Open the DRTE editor component on the record page.
Find the "Read Only" property.
Uncheck/remove the checkbox so the editor becomes editable.

Implementation Note: You will need assistance from a seasoned Salesforce expert within your organization to implement this feature. Test all changes thoroughly in a Sandbox first.
