DRTE Overview Dashboard: End User Guide
The DRTE Overview Dashboard shows the status of e-signature requests and Mass Merge jobs on one page. Use it to quickly find requests that need follow-up.
Where to Find It
- Open the Dashboards tab.
- Search for DRTE Overview.
- Click Refresh for current numbers. The "As of" time under the title shows when the data was last updated.
Top Row: The Six Numbers
Each tile is a count of requests in that state. Click a tile to open its report.
| Tile | Meaning | What to Do |
| Total Requests | All e-signature requests | Context only |
| Pending Signatures | Sent and waiting for a signature | Send a reminder if it has waited too long |
| Sent, Never Viewed | Sent but never opened | Check the email address or resend |
| Expired and Unsigned | Past the expiry date without a signature | Create a new request |
| Declined | The signer rejected it | Read the reason and follow up |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by a user | Check who cancelled it and why |
Tip: A tile should read 0 or stay low. A higher number means more follow-up work.
Charts
- Requests by Status: the share of requests in each status.
- Requests Sent by Month: volume over time, to spot busy or quiet periods.
- Requests by Owner: who owns the most requests, so you can see workload.
- Reminders Sent: how many reminders requests have received. Requests at 0 may need a nudge.
- Mass Merge Items by Status: the outcome of bulk document-generation jobs.
Tip: Hover over a chart for exact values. Click a bar or slice to open the report behind it.
Tables
Work through these in order:
- Pending Signatures and Sent But Never Viewed: oldest first. Start at the top.
- Expired and Unsigned: requests that need a new send.
- Declined Signatures: latest first, with the signer's rejection reason.
- Cancelled Requests: latest first, with who cancelled and when.
- Mass Merge Failed Items: latest first, with the failure reason.
Click a request name to open the record.
Suggested Daily Routine
- Refresh the dashboard.
- Check the Expired and Never Viewed tiles.
- Work down the Pending table, oldest first.
- Read new Declined reasons.
- Check Mass Merge failures.
Using the Reports
The dashboard reads from reports in the DRTE Reports folder.
- Open a report from a tile or chart, or from the Reports tab.
- You can filter and export it, but don't save changes to the shared version.
- If you need a different view, use Save As to make your own copy.
Troubleshooting
- "This report cannot be used as the source": tell your admin. The report needs to be a Summary report.
- "Table has no numeric column", or a blank component: the report changed or you lack access to its fields. Tell your admin.
- Numbers look old: click Refresh.
- Missing records: the dashboard shows data as the running user, so you may see fewer records than a colleague.
For Admins
- The dashboard is the 12-column
DRTE_Overviewfile. - The five problem tiles need Summary reports: Pending, Never Viewed, Expired, Declined and Cancelled.
- Tables use FlexTable, so they work on any report format.
- Keep the report API names unchanged. The dashboard refers to them by name.
