Bulk Spreadsheet Import
1. Getting Started
To ensure the system recognizes your data, always begin by downloading the official template:
- Navigate to the Scope Size Effort section and hit Add From Spreadsheet Tab.
- Click the Download Template (.xlsx) button.
- Prepare your data within this file to ensure column headers match system requirements.
2. Category-Specific Guidelines

Active Values: For the Integration Type column, ensure the values match the records currently listed in the PSC Integration/Migration Type values custom metadata.
Data Entry: Only fill out fields specific to the Integration category.

| • | The system specifically looks for values under the Migration header columns as defined in the template. |
| • | Ensure data is placed under the correct headers to avoid upload errors. |
| ▶ Change Enablement |
| ☐ | The system specifically looks for values under the Change Enablement header columns as defined in the template. |
| ☐ | Ensure data is placed under the correct headers to avoid upload errors. |
| ▶ Managing Labor Hours |
| ⚠ | MANDATORY To successfully upload hours, a Default Role must be set in the ‘Role’ picklist value set. This allows the system to know which role to assign the hours to within the scope |
3. The Upload Process
Once your spreadsheet is ready:
- Copy the data from your spreadsheet to your clipboard.
- Use the Paste from Clipboard feature in Quotex.
- The system will automatically populate the respective sections (Integration, Data Migration, and Change Enablement) with the related field values.
4. Technical Field Mapping
Use the table below to ensure your spreadsheet columns map to the correct API fields in Quotex.
