Create a Survey Record
Step 1: Select Survey Record Type
- Navigate to the Surveys tab in Feedback 360.
- Click the New button.
- In the "New Survey" pop-up, choose one of the following:
- Survey: For actual user surveys.
- Survey Template: For surveys intended for the library.
- Click Next.
Step 2: Configure Basic Information
Fill out the required survey details to define the timeline and structure:
- Survey Name: Give your survey a clear, identifiable name.
- Start & End Date: Set the timeframe for the survey (mainly for reporting purposes).
- Active Checkbox: Ensure this is checked to make the survey active.
- Is One Pager Survey: * Unchecked: Users traverse questions one by one with "Next" and "Last" icons.
- Checked: All questions appear on a single page.
Step 3: Mock Test Settings (Optional)
If your survey is a test or quiz, you can enable specific "Mock Test" parameters:
- Time-bound: Check this to enable a timer.
- Duration (mins): Set the total time allowed for the survey.
- Minimum Score Needed: Define the score required for a "Pass" status.
Step 4: Survey Introduction & Branding
Set the tone for your participants before they begin:
- Subject: The main title of the survey shown on the UI.
- Introduction: Use the rich text editor to provide instructions or a welcome message that appears on the start screen.
Step 5: Completion & Accessibility
Finalize what happens after the survey and who can see it:
- Thank You Message: Customize the text participants see after hitting submit.
- Allow Guest to Access: Check this box if you want the survey to be accessible to guest site users (publicly).
- Company Logo URL: Add your branding by providing a link to your logo.
Step 6: Save
Click Save to create the record, or Save & New if you need to create another survey immediately.
