DRTE v5.135 — Release Notes

1. Signature Pad Improvement

The signature pad utility has been enhanced for improved output quality. Input smoothing has been applied, the border around the signature box has been removed, and the signature output image size has been reduced — resulting in sharper, cleaner signatures.

2. New Utility: HTML Content Builder

v5.135 introduces the HTML Content Builder, a new utility that lets you create and edit HTML content directly from a document section record - no coding or HTML knowledge required.

How it works:

• Open the builder from an action button on a document section record
• Build your document by clicking content blocks such as headings, text, and tables
• Hit Save to store the content on the record
• Reopen and edit your content at any time

Previously finalized content is loaded into a rich text editor, where you can edit it directly and add new content above or below it. All merge contexts continue to be supported.

3. New Editor Buttons: Download as PPTX & Download as XLSX

Two new download buttons have been added to the editor:

Download as PPTX — Downloads a PowerPoint file of your merged content, where each dynamic document section defined in the template becomes a separate slide. Sales reps and employees can download dynamically generated presentations straight from the latest data and present immediately.

Download as XLSX — Downloads an Excel workbook where each HTML table in the content becomes a separate sheet, making it easy to work with data for further analysis and insights.
