System Requirements

To ensure a smooth setup, verify that your environment meets the following criteria:


Installation Instructions

  1. Locate the Link: Navigate to the 'Install Now' link in the header.
  2. Authentication: Log in to your desired Salesforce Org.
  3. Security Settings: Select Install for All Users, acknowledge the terms, and click Install.
  4. Completion: Follow the on-screen prompts. Once finished, verify that your licenses are active for the newly installed components.


Mandatory Initial Setup

Important: You must complete these steps to enable branding. If skipped, custom colors and branding elements will not appear on your record pages, even if the components are correctly placed.

  1. Navigate to Custom Settings: Go to Setup > Custom Settings.
  2. Access Elements: Locate Byob Elements and click Manage.
  3. Define Organization Defaults: Click New under the "Default Organization Level Value" section.
  4. Configure Fields: Enter the following values exactly as shown:
    1. PSC_normalViewElement: windowViewMode-normal
    2. PSC_consoleViewElement: windowViewMode-maximized
  5. Save: Click Save to apply the configuration.
