Installation & Initial Access

Deployment:

Reach out at info@codeylabs.com for Feedback360 package installation url to install the latest version.

User Access:

It is highly recommended to select "Install for all users" during the setup process to simplify initial access.

License Verification:

Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages to ensure the Feedback 360 package license is marked as Active.

Assign Permission Set:

Assign 'Survey Administrator User' permission set to system admins and survey creators.

Launching the App:

Click the App Launcher (the 9-dot icon) and search for "Feedback360" to enter the centralized administration hub.
