Overview

Branding Sets for QuoteX is an add-on product designed to help you align your QuoteX user interface with your company's branding. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the BrandingSet for QuoteX Lightning component to customize various aspects of the Quote record page.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have the following:

• PSC QuoteX v1.75 installed in your Salesforce environment.
• Access to Salesforce App Builder.
• Appropriate user permissions to create, clone and edit the PSC Quote record page.

Installing Branding Sets for QuoteX

1. Install: Obtain the Branding Sets for QuoteX managed package installation url and install it in your Salesforce instance for All Users.

2. Verify Installation: Check if the component is available in the App Builder under the custom managed packages section on PSC Quote record page. This component is only available for PSC Quote object.

Using the BrandingSet for QuoteX Component

Step 1: Access PSC Quote Object Record Page - App Builder

• Navigate to Salesforce Setup.
• Go To Object Manager
• Search for 'PSC Quote' object.
• Select Lightning Record Pages in the left sidebar.
• Clone/Create/Select the Quote Record Page you wish to add Branding Sets for QuoteX.

Step 2: Drag and Drop the Component

• In the App Builder, locate the BrandingSet for QuoteX component from the sidebar under the custom managed packages section.
• Drag and drop the BrandingSet for QuoteX component onto the Quote record page as the last component (note that it displays as empty component) for branding changes to take effect on Quote creation process.

Step 3: Configure Color Settings

• Click on the BrandingSet for QuoteX component (empty component) to open its configuration panel.
• You will see fields to set color values for the following elements:
• Page Header Background: Set the background color for the header of the Quote page.
• Highlights SmallBox Background: Customize the background color for the highlights panel boxes.
• Page Widgets Background: Define the background color for all widgets on the quote record page.
• Grids Header Background: Set the background color for the header of data grids.
• Needs Row (Timeline) Background: Customize the background color for rows marked as "Needs" in the timeline grid.
• Per Phase Row (Timeline) Background: Define the background color for Actuals per phase row in the timeline grid.
• Per Week Row (Timeline) Background: Set the background color for Actuals Per Week row in the timeline grid.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

• After configuring the desired color values, click Save.
• Activate the record page for org wide to make the changes live.

Step 5: Verify the Branding

• Navigate to a Quote record page to see the branding changes applied.
• Ensure that the color values match your company branding and provide the desired visual experience.
