Now, you can seamlessly share quotes and collaborate directly with your customers within Salesforce through the Customer Portal Experience Site. This feature ensures that sensitive information is securely limited to the intended audience.

To empower our QuoteX subscribers with greater flexibility and transformative capabilities, we've introduced the PSC_Header_CustomerView component. This new addition can be leveraged in both the Salesforce App Builder and Experience Site Builder as a tailored alternative to the full-view PSC Header component.

Create an Experience Site and incorporate the PSC_Header_CustomerView component to provide customers with a tailored view. This setup allows customers to read and collaborate with you seamlessly using Chatter, while ensuring that sensitive information remains protected.

Customers cannot alter any data; they can only view non-sensitive information. They will be able to review the scope, timeline, and the customer-specific currency field values, but editing capabilities are restricted.

Data Integrity in Read-Only View

Guess what? Internal users can also be assigned to the Customer View or a read-only view using the App Builder. For example, once a quote request is marked as complete, you can set it to read-only for all users to prevent accidental modifications.
