Enhancements

• Manual Capacity Refresh: To provide greater control and transparency over data updates, we have decoupled the Capacity Needed calculations from the initial component load.
  • User-Driven Recalculation: Calculations no longer trigger automatically upon opening the component.
  • New Refresh Interface: A dedicated Refresh button has been added, allowing users to manually trigger a rebuild of capacity data after making scoping changes.
  • Improved Clarity: This change ensures that users always know exactly when data is being processed, preventing confusion regarding whether the displayed metrics are current or still recalculating.

Issue

Child roll-up values (Resources and "Other Fees") were delayed or sometime failing to sync intermittently from the timeline to the Quote record, requiring manual record saves to trigger updates.

Solution: QuoteX v1.85 Implementation

In Version 1.85, the underlying calculation engine was optimized to ensure data performance integrity across all rollup fields of Timeline -> Quote -> Quote Request.

• Automated Synchronization: The background triggers were optimized to ensure that any change to the Timeline records immediately and accurately rolls up to the Quote Summary fields.
