Agentforce for Presales (grounded by QuoteX) is an agentic AI add-on designed to bridge the gap between complex quoting and rapid sales execution. By leveraging native Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, it empowers users to automate high-touch presales workflows, including:
- Intelligent Quoting: Generating and refining quotes through conversational AI.
- Dynamic Timeline Building: Creating project or delivery schedules based on quote data.
- Presales Support: Real-time assistance in navigating product configurations and requirements.
Prerequisites
Before beginning the configuration, ensure your environment meets the following technical and administrative requirements:
