Generate SOW corrupted file

Users are facing an issue with the "Generate SOW" feature, as it downloads the Statement of Work (SOW) file in a corrupted state. Attempting to open the downloaded file results in errors or unreadable content. This issue impacts the functionality of the SOW generation process

Navigate to the "Generate SOW" section in the navigation panel of the application.

Within the "Generate SOW" section, locate and select the option to download the SOW document, choosing either the DOC or PDF format.

Click on the "Download" button or link associated with the selected format.
