Intermittent Failure of PDF Export on Generate SOW Page
Users intermittently encounter an issue where the PDF export functionality on the "Generate SOW" page fails to export the Statement of Work (SOW) content. Despite successful initiation of the export process, the resulting PDF document occasionally lacks the intended SOW content, resulting in incomplete or blank exports.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to Salesforce.
Navigate to an existing quote.
From the navigation menu, select "Generate SOW."
Locate the PDF export icon and click on it to initiate the export of the SOW content as a PDF document.
Workaround
Perform a hard refresh of the current quote page on Mac by pressing Command + R. For Windows, refresh the page using Ctrl + F5.
From the navigation menu, select "Generate SOW."
Find the PDF export icon and click on it to begin exporting the SOW content as a PDF document.
