difficulty opening Statements of Work (SOW) downloaded in DOC format

Users are experiencing difficulty opening Statements of Work (SOW) downloaded in DOC format on MAC devices using Microsoft Excel. 

Upload the downloaded DOC file directly to Google Docs.

Open and edit the document within the Google Docs interface.

Navigate to the "Generate SOW" section within QuoteX.

Locate and click on the document icon in the rich text editor menu, intended for generating Statements of Work (SOW).

Click on the "Doc" icon, initiating the download of the SOW document in DOC format.

Once the download is complete, open the downloaded document in Microsoft Excel on a MAC device.
