When attempting to utilize the "Download Excel" feature on the timeline for the first time, users experience an issue where the download process becomes stuck indefinitely. Despite initiating the download, the system fails to complete the action, leaving users unable to access the desired Excel file.

Workaround: If the "Download Excel" feature becomes stuck, try refreshing the quote by navigating only and attempt the download again.
Log in to Salesforce.
Navigate to an existing quote.
From the navigation menu, select existing timeline/create new.
Populate timeline with resources and details.
Click on download excel icon button in the group of buttons.
