Child roll-up values (Resources and "Other Fees") were delayed or sometime failing to sync intermittently

Child roll-up values (Resources and "Other Fees") were delayed or sometime failing to sync intermittently from the timeline to the Quote record.

Either activate/deactive a timeline in order to force a recaluclation on the parent quotes or progress/regress a quote request in order to force a recalculation on the requests.

1. Create a PSC Quote record.

2. Click on “Add a new Timeline” and insert a new timeline.

3. Add a Resource Allocation to the timeline.

4. Check the "Net Fee Summary" field value. The Net Fee Summary should correctly aggregate the net fee values of all active timelines.
