The solution is amazing, but there is one thing that could take the solution to another level. Highlight rows based only on field + value can be tricky when you have multiple teams using different listviews with conflicting rules and eventually you can have the same field api name with same values in different objects. Status or Type, for example. Since the LWC is placed in the utility bar, you could capture, so the custom metadata can be more precise with object + listview + field + field value.

When sending a document for signature, I would like to send the document to the primary signer while also including a second person as an observer who can view the document but is not required to sign it.

I am reaching out regarding the retrieval of blank values in the document. If a user does not provide data for a specific field, the PDF currently displays the SOQL query/placeholder text. I would like to request that these fields appear as blank spaces instead.
