The Manual Workaround: Before any data merging or SOQL querying can work on standard or custom objects, admins must manually navigate to Custom Metadata Types, find DRTE Allowed Object, and create a new metadata record matching the Object API Name. Without this, sections simply fail to display.
The Needed Feature: An automatic detection utility that prompts the administrator to whitelist an object the first time they attempt to build a template against it.
